Job Description:
• Students Changing Registration Data Requests.
• Students Courses Add & Drop Requests:
• Follows up and guides students according to an announcement sent.
• Changing/Switching Tutorial Groups Requests.
• Separation Letters Issuing.
• Counter Setup.
• Makes sure all counter supplies are always available such as handouts, student forms, brochures, and hanging important announcements.
• Keeps counter organized and tidy.
• Coordinates with the Undergraduate Archives Specialist the transfer of hard files to the office. archives
• Students Registration Data Entry & Revision.
• Absence Excuses and drop-out excuses for enrolled students.
• Offering direct client services, the Students Registration Specialist is expected to serve the following:
• Accommodate daily student and parents traffic, takes inquiries, and guide/direct them adequately in a professional and friendly manner.
• Deliver high-quality, accessible services that meet their needs.
• Provide accurate, timely, and useful information to students in relation to their course of study, enrolment, policies, services, and processes.
• Give accurate and comprehensive information.
• Provide fair, transparent, and efficient complaints and appeals procedures.
• Provide clear statements of students’ academic records to their parents (including a transcript of records, attendance reports, etc.).
• Respond to personal, telephone, email, and inquiries from office members.
• Report problems and follow up their solving process.
• Ensure cleanliness, comfort, and security.
Job Requirements:
• The primary teaching language at high school is English - A must
• Attainment of University/College Degree - A must
• Strong background in the educational/customer service field - preferable.
• Fluent English Language skills.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure
• Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Team Worker
