Duties & Responsibilities
As a faculty member, you will play an active role in supporting the continuous growth and development of the faculty.

Key responsibilities include:
Deliver high-quality, student-centered teaching in both foundational and specialized areas of the degree program, utilizing effective and innovative teaching approaches.
Contribute to accreditation processes, quality assurance activities, and the continuous enhancement of academic programs in line with institutional and professional standards.
Engage with relevant professional and healthcare communities to support teaching, research, knowledge exchange, and professional development initiatives.
Contribute to the advancement of research activities within the faculty through scholarly work, collaboration, and academic engagement.
Participate in faculty, departmental, and university committees and activities as required.
Teach and support courses related to Burn and Plastic Surgery.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Hold an M.D. in Burn and Plastic Surgery from a recognized institution, demonstrating strong academic and professional expertise in the relevant field.
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and academic service.
Previous teaching experience in higher education is desirable.
